Down the beach house my Mother has compiled a gorgeous collection of retro objects . I just love these prints.

Can't you just imagine something like this on a tea towel rather than a plate?

I love this green design.

Car Playmat Revised

We took the play mat for a spin and found that it really needed to be a bit bigger.

If it is bigger than we can use it in the car as a blanket as well ... so I have played around with what it will look like with some more blocks added to it. I think that the additional colours will work better than the dull green overtone it has at the moment.

AND! I get a chance to do another corner (can you just feel my excitement?)

Flower Press Screen Printing

I love to support local designers, one that I stumbled across was Flowerpress.

She does a lovely Ric Rac inspired design that would just look fabulous in your next quilt. She has an etsy store with some lovely prints in it as well! I am waiting until she re-stocks in the new year before I place my order ...
